Friends of Schurz is a nonprofit organization bringing together neighbors, students, parents, and alumni to champion and support Carl Schurz High School, Northwest Chicago's historic neighborhood public high school.
This month Friends of Schurz is switching up Family Movie Night for Sweetheart Movie Night! It's all about the teens and adults getting a night out, so join us on Friday, January 24th @ 8:00pm.
This month we are asking for YOU to decide what movie we screen, and since it is almost Valentine's Day, we've got 5 classic films to choose from. Cast your vote using the link below. http://bit.ly/schurzsweetheart
We will be partnering with a local restaurant on a special offer for those who attend the movie. More details on that soon!
Tickets for the film will be sold at the door for $5 with proceeds to benefit teachers and students at the school.
